Why this exists

Three premises

SHA-256 runs the clock.

Solana's Proof of History is a sequential SHA-256 chain. Every slot is the next link. POH256 is mined by the same function that produces those links — the cryptographic floor of the chain.

No issuer. No premine.

The contract is the only minter. No team allocation. No VC round. Mint authority lives at a program PDA the deployer cannot control. Upgrade authority is burned at launch.

21,000,000. Halving. Cap.

Hard cap. Reward halves every 100,000 mints. Difficulty retargets every 2,016 mints toward one mint per 30 seconds. The cap is reached in ~210 days regardless of how many tabs open.
